Sally Loftis

I am the Founder and Managing Director of Loftis Partners, where I work at the intersection of human resources, organizational improvement, and social change. With over 25 years of experience, I have partnered with more than 60 clients across 15 states and 3 continents to build more equitable and engaged workplaces. My work is deeply rooted in the belief that healthy organizational cultures are the foundation for social impact, a mission I’ve championed through my 2024 book, The Pay Equity Guide for Nonprofit Organizations, and as a frequent speaker on healing-centered practices and LGBTQ+ awareness.

My career spans from leading large-scale operations and multi-million-dollar budgets as a Senior Vice President at Bank of America to advocating for staff experiences at the Penland School of Craft. I hold an MS in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and am a certified iEQ9 Enneagram Coach. Whether I am serving as an Interim Executive Director during crisis recovery or consulting on workplace inclusion and pay equity, I am committed to building trust through action and helping organizations invest in their greatest asset: their people.

Our organization partnered with Sally/Loftis Partners for our Pay Equity project. The work accomplished with and because of our partnership with Sally has been transformative for staff. Sally used an equitable lens and approach when reviewing our data, making recommendations. She also helped us approach the work in an inclusive manner so that our staff had a voice in the process. We still partner with Sally and highly recommend her.
