As a seasoned Human Resources consultant, I provide practical, confidential coaching designed specifically for nonprofit executive directors. My goal is to help you approach employee issues with confidence, strengthen your leadership skills, and build healthy workplace practices that support your mission.

Options

Coaching is available in session packages. All packages are to be used within 12 months of signing the contract. The coaching frequency will be determined by the client. Each session is 60 minutes virtually. In-person coaching is available within an hour of Avery County, NC. And I can bring my dog Rocky (seen below) with me!

·       6 sessions - $1250

·       12 sessions - $2500
