Ongoing employee feedback gives employees a voice, identifies strengths and problem areas, improves employee retention and performance, builds trust and transparency, and supports data-driven decisions. From annual surveys to exit interviews, Loftis Partners offers three venues for employee feedback.
SURVEYS
We use the Effective Workplace Index originated by the Society of Human Resources Management and updated by the Families and Work Institute. Most clients use the first 35 questions for quantitative data. Loftis Partners administers the survey for clients and offers in-depth analysis with key interventions for a strong workplace. $500 per 25 employees.
FOCUS GROUPS
We offer focus groups as a way to build trust and transparency, especially for remote teams. Focus group questions are co-created with the client to focus on specific topics. Typically, clients choose 4-6 questions for focus groups of 3 or more people. $500 per 25 employees.
INTERVIEWS
A one-on-one interview with Sally Loftis may be the right option when confidentiality or availability of participants is a concern. $100 per interview, discount packages available.
“Sally was a joy to work with and brings a broad base of non profit experience to her consultancy. She’s a quick study, full of ideas and gets right to the heart of the matter. In addition to solid advice and some new ideas she completely blew my mind with an important new factor for success to focus on, not just for this project, but for our nonprofit in general!”
