Loftis Partners gathers on the unceded land of the Coharie, Haliwa-Saponi, Sappony, Eastern Band of Cherokee, Waccamaw-Siouan, Meherrin, Lumbee, and Occaneechi Band of the Saponi Nation peoples. We ask you to join us in acknowledging the Catawba and Cherokee communities, their elders both past and present, as well as future generations.
Loftis Partners approaches every project as a co-creation process with participants and stakeholders. Our firm is also rooted in a racial equity framework by education, lived experience, and training. We also use an Appreciative Inquiry facilitation approach building on human strengths and creativity.
Since 2020, we have worked with over 50 organizations across 15 states and 3 continents. We see opportunities everywhere to bring humanity back into human resources with a people-positive approach. When our work is complete, Loftis Partners aims to leave a collective of people capable of moving this work forward without us.
